Gift card program

Conestoga Mall Gift Cards are available for purchase at our Guest Services kiosk in any denomination between $5 and $500.  They come packaged in a complimentary envelope and there are no service fees or additional charges when purchasing the card!  Redeemable at almost all* of our stores and services, give them the gift of choice!

Please Note:

When paying for large orders with a credit card, one piece of photo ID and one other form of address verification is required. This information is required for authentication and to protect you against credit card fraud.


If You Received a Card

Congratulations!  This is the best kind of shopping experience there is - its already paid for!  The Conestoga Mall Gift Card is redeemable at most of our stores and services.


Helpful hints before you shop

  • Check the card balance so you know how much you have to spend.  Click here to check your balance.  You can also check your balance by calling 1-800-755-8608.
  • When you get to the store, let the salesperson know you will be using the Conestoga Mall Gift Card before they ring in your purchase.
  • When you receive your store receipt it will indicate how much you have left on your gift card.  If you lose it you can always check on-line or call.
